Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is requested if you need to change or cancel your appointment otherwise this will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment value.
Your File
A consultation will be carried out before any treatment to assess your needs and any contra-indications to treatment. This personal record will be kept and updated after every treatment you have. This record card will be complete with your full contact details – which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.
Homecare advice will also be given after the treatment to continue the effects at home.

Children
Children under 12 cannot be accommodated for – unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.
Contra-Indications
Please be aware that certain medical conditions may affect treatments from taking place. In some cases medical consent may be required. Please advise if you are pregnant prior to making an appointment as some treatments may not be suitable.
